There are twenty-nine (29) large above-ground storage tanks at our Petroleum Tank Farm. The safety and protection of handling such items are guaranteed by a reinforced concrete containment wall that surpasses the state’s regulations. Aviation Kerosene, No.6, No.4, and No. 2 Diesel Oil, and Liquid Asphalt enable us to provide a diverse range of products to our clients. Tank trucks may be loaded and sent in a highly efficient, cost-effective, and timely manner thanks to our tank farm’s fuel depot station, which also includes a truck weigh station, a scale house/operations center, and fifteen (15) station commercial truck “loading racks.” Some of the liquid items we deal with are listed below: Aviation Kerosene and Liquid Asphalt Diesel Fuel (Aviation Turbine A-1 & Colonial Grade 54 “JP54”) Diesel Oil Bio Fuel No. 6 Diesel Oil No. 4 Diesel Oil No. 2

Liquid Asphalt
In all, we have 3,843,000 barrels of PG 64.28 and PG 52.28 asphalt in storage. We can create different grades of asphalt products as needed by our clients because we have a Waugh asphalt blender on site. These storage tanks are continuously heated to a minimum temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit all year round by two (2) American heating re-circulating hot oil heaters, which generate 11.43 mm BTU per hour.

Diesel Fuel
Diesel oil (or fuel) makes up 61%, or 8,000,000 barrels, of our 9,500,000 barrels of liquid petroleum products. However, due to its low sulfur level (up to.05%), this fuel is mostly utilized in over-the-road vehicles. Our facility also offers Red Diesel (tax-exempt fuel), which is utilized for state and municipal vehicles, off-road heavy machinery, and engines.
