We employ a variety of tools and strategies to ground the six strategic concerns listed above in our international operations. Our HSSE Policy reflects the pertinent concepts in order to firmly establish responsibility for environmental and social issues at the highest level. We develop our internal policies and standards based on internationally recognized principles of responsible entrepreneurship.
Our Code of Conduct, which all employees must abide by, serves as the foundation for this. Internal audits, the use of certified management systems, and statistical tracking of key performance indicators (often known as KPIs) are further tools. In the future, sustainability will be incorporated even more deeply into our investment choices as well as our everyday workflows and procedures as, to us, it is about guaranteeing our future viability.
